Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 7 days upon receipt of item(s).
- Proof of purchase (sales receipt) has to be presented, prior to the return of item(s).
- Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
- Returned item(s) are subjected to quality control. common:area reserved the rights to refuse if the item(s) show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
- Item(s) sold can only be returned in exchange for store credit for your next purchase. common:area is unable to perform a direct exchange as we are unable to guarantee the availability of the item / size you wish to exchange for.
- All item(s) sold are not refundable for cash.
- Return shipping cost has to be borne by the customer.
- common:area remains the right to alter any terms & conditions of the return policy.
