Malaysia Shipping Information
FREE STANDARD LOCAL DELIVERY
Shipping rates within Malaysia are as shown below in the table. FREE STANDARD LOCAL DELIVERY will be entitled for orders of RM200 & above. You will receive your order within 3-5 business days after the payment is being verified. This process may take up to two (2) days after the verification as The Common Crews will need to review and process your order information for delivery. A delivery notification will be sent to you via SMS / E-mail to notify you about our courier service provider and the tracking code of the shipment.

International Shipping Information
Customs, import taxes, duties and collection fees may apply and vary according to the country. These charges are not inclusive in the order purchased and are solely borne by the customer. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.

**An additional of USD 5.00 will be charged for every additional 0.50kg for International Shipments.

TAXATION & DUTIES
- All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
- We ship our parcels DDU [duties & taxes unpaid], and we do not collect nor do we calculate the VAT, duties and/ or taxes during checkout.
- Any fees that are due will be collected upon delivery of the order.
- All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs authorities require that we state the monetary value of your order directly on the parcel.
- Customs agents have the rights to release or deny the release of the parcels; and in rare cases, they may also delay the delivery due to specific circumstances.
- Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc.
- The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government.
- Some countries may require additional fees paid upon delivery — Collect on Delivery [COD]. If the order requires these additional charges, it must be paid by the customer in order for the parcel to be cleared at customs.
Foreign Currency Conversion
All prices listed on our official website will be in the value of Ringgit Malaysia (RM) currency. The exchange rates that you will be charged on are solely determined by your issuing bank. The bank exchange rate should match the current exchange rate in general.
Missing Delivery / Tracking Information
Please allow at least one (1) working day after your order is being shipped for the delivery status to be updated on the online system. You could track your orders here at the “Order Tracking” page. If the tracking information is yet to be updated after stipulated duration, or the expected delivery date has passed, please contact The Common Crews immediately for further assistance.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If your parcel is unsuccessfully delivered and has been sent back to us by the courier service provider, we will be contacting you for the 2nd attempt of delivery. The 2nd attempt of delivery will be charged accordingly and the original shipping fee is non- refundable.
How to Track a Delivered Parcel?
A shipping notification will be sent to you via SMS / E-mail after the order is being shipped. You could track your order at the “Order Tracking” page with the tracking code provided.
