Do I need to register before placing an order?

Yes. You will need to register before placing an order. The registration process is simple, fast, and free-of-charge.

Why should I become a member?

It will be hassle-free as you will not be required to re-enter your shipping / billing addresses every time you order online. Your order will be delivered to the registered address every time you make a purchase, unless stated otherwise.

How do I change my account details?

You may change your details at “My Account” page. The button  is located at the top right corner of the header.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

What you need to do is to click Forget Password on the login page and enter your email to reset your password.

How do I place my order?

What are the payment methods available?

We only accept payments via MasterCard & Visa Credit / Debit. Can I change my order details after checking out my cart?

No. Order details could not be altered once the order is confirmed and when the cart is checked out.

Where to key in my discount / promo code?

Discount / promo codes can be applied at the ‘Check Out’ page. Each order is limited to the use of ONE (1) discount / promo code.
